training was tiring after jogging with mr.oh ard the school today,
but nvm.
today's training was fun!
everyone seemed damn high, and motivated. =)


and now, im hooked to the song:'Creep' by Radiohead.
cause i was randomly playing songs on my ipod a few days ago.
then i was like"hey, why didnt i realise that i had such nice songs in my ipod!"
so now, im listening to it almost everywhere i go,
when i was jogging with mr.oh,
when im walking to the dojo,
etc etc.


Had drinks @ whampoa market before going home. ;)


Damn tired now, gotta go catch some sleep.

schools was per normal as any other day,

with even more theft cases in our class.

and i set my phone's alarm to ring every2 mins after snooze.

and i got so used to the the alarm, that i could wake up by myself a few seconds before it actually started ringing, and stand-by, preparing to snooze it.LOL.

i took the battery out of my phone and went back to dreamland, ironically i had a nightmare right after that. -.-


camped at home the moment i woke up,
and i got so bored that i actually went to re-read one of the books that i finished reading years ago.

and i thought of something better to do.

maybe running alone does not give as much motivation than running with friends.

i still remembered i used to jump for joy even for just a bronze medal.



well, maybe i am starting to have higher and higher expectations on myself. =(

Almost had to withdraw from competition yesterday night cause my parents see me limp everywhere i go until they fed up.

So, in total, won 2 bouts lost one bout.

First bout fought with kent.
Played draw till times up, and draw till over-time,
then through hantei i won.

but was damn guilty la, his elbow got a lil dislocated. =(



Second bout,
fought with some RI guy.
super lame la.
i anyhow enter sumi-gaeshi then go in osae-komi,
then win.
LOL.



3rd bout, semi finals.
Fought with another imba RI guy.
played draw till times up,
then i did something dumb.
cause he kept on pulling my gi.
i got super pissed/ irritated
i chiong to him.
and got thrown.
LOL.



Yea, so since it was knockout rule, didnt manage to make it into the finals.

SO lesson learnt,

Today's training was pretty soso,
