By taking an individual responsibility,by planning ahead and keeping a healthy lifestyle, Singaporeans can reduce the burden of the government, it can in turn concentrate on instituting policies.
to help protect the welfare of the aged in the society.the family support help deal with individual and emotional needs of the senior citizens and this in tandem with the government policies made the lives of the elderly not only more comfortable, but more meaningful.Only with all these factors working together, can Singapore effectively prepare for an ageing population.

Conclusion.
Social factor is the most important factor among the other factors because the other factors can be changed and adjusted by the government, but the social factor cannot be changed by the government easily because it has also affected the peoples mindset.The mindset of the people cannot be changed by the government as and when they like.So therefore, the social factor is the most important factor.
