back from todays IVP championship.
sadly yl lost in his first bout and the match is knockout type.

shafeeq lost stupidly too, thanks to the referees dumb judgement.-.-


and i just screwed up my left leg today, when i just ranted about my right leg's knee yesterday.

so now,
i have 2 dumb knees, and a sprained ankle.-.-'

my left knee HURT alot more than the other one la,
now i cant seem to fully extend my leg alr. =(

oh yea, my ankle is somewhat better than the knee. ;D
but the way i got them is just too dumb.-.-


stayed back after training to watch ivp champs,
and also do some extra practice with ks.

yesyes, i am doing it with dumb knee 1 and dumb knee 2.

and i actually got pissed at myself,
cause i cant believe i actually lost touch on my throws,
when national schools is in less than 1weeks time.-.-

oh yea, the bout list made me emo too. ;X

so this time, its either a gold or nothing. =(
